The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has threatened to
delist 262 institutions in 2013 for violating admission guidelines.
JAMB Registrar, Professor Dibu Ojerinde, made the threat during the 3rd
technical committee meeting of the board at the Michael Okpara
University of Agriculture, Umudike. Professor Ojerinde lamented that
from available records, only 14 universities are complying with
guidelines and regulations set by the regulating agency. He warned
institutions that are not complying to do so.
